Exercise-induced collapse in dogs

An inherited disorder in which intense exercise triggers muscle weakness and collapse of the hind limbs. Dogs are normal at rest but can wobble and fall after strenuous activity, usually recovering within minutes. It is seen mainly in retrievers.
