Ceroid lipofuscinosis in dogs

An inherited storage disorder where waste material builds up in nerve cells and damages the brain. Young dogs develop progressive signs such as behaviour changes, loss of coordination, seizures and vision loss. It is degenerative and ultimately fatal.
