ARVC (cardiomyopathy) in dogs

A heart muscle disease where fatty or fibrous tissue replaces normal muscle, disrupting the electrical signals that control heartbeat. It causes irregular rhythms, fainting, exercise intolerance and, in some dogs, sudden death.
